For COD orders we charge a flat fee of INR 150 for orders of any value.
All purchases are shipped from our workshop in Kolkata West Bengal by our quickest delivery partners. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order
Domestic Delivery - 7-14 business days for domestic delivery*
All goods received will need to be signed upon delivery. You will receive an SMS in case you have not opted for DND.
Butterfly Bath & Bubbles will take no responsibility for goods signed by an unauthorized person.
Butterfly Bath & Bubbles is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the same day or next business day of delivery.
